On certain attachment points within your proposal, you can append additional attachments to the original final attachment. You can append as many attachments to the original PDF as needed.
Uploading the Initial Final Attachment
- Find your proposal and open it.
- Use the left-hand navigation panel to navigate to your attachment point.
- Click .
- In the dialog box, click to choose a file. Because this is your initial attachment for this attachment point, you'll notice that the options to replace the current attachment or append an additional one are grayed out.
- Click .
Your newly uploaded file will be listed beneath Final within the proposal.
Appending an Attachment
- Within the attachment point, click .
- In the dialog box, click to choose a file. Because you already have a file uploaded for this attachment point, the radio buttons for replacing the original document or appending an attachment will activate.
- To append, click Keep current attachment and append an additional file.
- Click .
To see your original and appended attachments, click on the file name beneath Final.
Within the PDF, you will see your appended attachment beneath the original.
Please note: You cannot separate files once an attachment has been appended to the original file. To separate the documents, you will need to delete the merged documents and re-upload the original file.
