Detailed Release Notes
Resolved
Issue: An unexpected error occurred in some tenants when trying to access the Audit Log page. This was caused due to duplicate usernames in multiple tenants, and issues arising when updates to these users were made in HR Connect.
Resolution: The logic for handling user updates and Audit Log access has been updated to account for scenarios with duplicate usernames across tenants.
Issue: In some tenants, the People table displayed the status of inactive user accounts in the SSO tenant as "Active”.
Resolution: The logic for synching user statuses between the SSO tenant and the People table has been corrected. The People table now accurately reflects the status of inactive user accounts.
Issue: Uploading roles via the following endpoint caused the node to fail and restart, leading to errors:
/api/v2/administration/batch/upload/role
Resolution: The issue occurred due to the heavy traffic the roles upload sent to the administration service. The process has been improved to handle role uploads with improved efficiency.
Issue: The following errors were occurring during the SP Routing profile bulk load process:
- Validation does not work as expected.
- Error message incorrectly displays the unit ID instead of the unit name.
- No validation error is shown when a user tries to set the self-unit as the review unit.
- Inactive units can be set as the review unit.
- CDX messages for the SP Routing Profile are not published when updated through HR Connect.
Resolution: The issues listed above for the SP Routing Profile bulk load process have been resolved and are functioning as expected.
