Resolved
Issue: An attached file's name failed to display when hovering a mouse over a document in the Submission Form section. Instead, only the URL and document ID were shown.
Resolution: The attachment display in the Submission Form section has been updated to display the document name when hovering with a mouse over the document.
Issue: When adding comments in sections containing attachments, the Save icon was incorrectly changing to "Attach" instead of "Save." Users also experienced duplicated icons and different values of string text would appear on these items. This also affected Edit and Reply icons.
Resolution: We fixed the issue causing difficulties saving comments within submissions. The Save, Edit, and Reply icons are all displaying correctly to the end users.
