Release Summary

Here's a quick overview of the updates in this release:

• Added ability to export and import disclosure form templates between environments.
• Tasks notifications link leads directly to the Outside Interests application now.
• Resolved issue where some unit names were missing from the filter selection on the Disclosures page.

Detailed Release Notes

New and Enhanced

• We have added the ability to both export disclosure form templates and import them into other environments. This will help ensure validation and implementation are in alignment between environments. Learn more about Building a Disclosure Form.

To Import a Form: Go to the Outside Interests homepage > More > Forms Manager. Click on the Import Template button to begin the process.

Complete the import information and then click Save.

Export a Form: Go to the Outside Interests homepage > More > Forms Manager (same as above). Click on the desired form you wish to export. Click on the Export button to begin the export process.

Resolved

Issue: When a COI Admin clicks on Product > Outside Interest and tries to get a list of Disclosures for a specific unit, some unit names are missing in the filter selection.

Resolution: The unit filter on the Disclosures page now correctly displays all available units when filtering records.

Issue: When a task notification email was received, the link provided in the email to view the task in the application was not working.

Resolution: A fix has been applied to the system to allow access to the Outside Interests application within the task notification link.
