Issue: Researchers were saving pages within an Amendment without making any changes, but a green icon still appeared on the USDA Categories or Euthanasia pages, causing confusion about whether edits were made.
Resolution: A fix was applied to ensure revision icons display correctly on the Euthanasia and Animal Numbers pages of the IACUC form, only when revisions have been made.
Issue: The Status field for Continuing Review submissions was not set as a required field, allowing it to be submitted with a blank Status.
Resolution: The selection of the Status field for Continuing Review submission is now required prior to submission.
Issue: When adding a facility on the Use Location page of a draft protocol, all facilities were displayed, even those without rooms available.
Resolution: The issue has been resolved by ensuring only facilities with available rooms are displayed on the Use Location page.
Issue: Special characters in set up lists and protocol data caused rendering issues when the applications interpreted the text as html code.
Resolution: Special characters have been enabled to be handled correctly in set up lists and protocol data.
Issue: An out-of-box issue prevented the deletion of committee member footnotes, causing difficulties in managing accurate committee records.
Resolution: The issue has been fixed, and committee member footnotes can now be successfully deleted.
