Release Summary
Here's a quick overview of the updates in this release:
- As a part of the initiative to provide improved reporting functionality to customers, this version provides a new in-application reporting tool with reports from the animal care and use protocol. Additional reports will be released in subsequent versions.
- Key updates to protocol attachments, application navigation, review functionality, and dictionary list management will provide enhanced user experience.

New
- A new in-application reporting tool provides two new reports containing general protocol data as well as data from the strains page in the animal care and use protocol.
- The attachments page has been modified and moved within the protocol form in order to enhance user experience with amendments and revision tracking.
- To ensure successful navigation, Cayuse has updated the functionality of the browser back button. Users will now be prompted to navigate the applications using the built-in application navigation options.
Fixed
- The De Novo (renewal) process was updated to provide an informational warning message to alert the Office role expiring a protocol if an open amendment exists and prompting the user to take action.
- Cayuse added new validation functionality to alert a user if an amendment is in Draft (Un-finished) or in Review (pending) when the user processes the reconciliation of an expired De Novo from the committee meeting.
- Enhancements were made to improve user experience when conflicting Continuing Reviews and Amendments are submitted and reviewed simultaneously. Withdrawn Continuing Reviews that are reconciled from a meeting will flag if the protocol has an open amendment.
- Improved dictionary list hide functionality provides administrators will key tools to manage the non-surgical procedures list.
