Release Summary

Here's a quick overview of the updates in this release:

• Improved keyboard accessibility for OI Admins in the More section
• Added ability for Admins to delete unsubmitted disclosures
• Address a problem with searching for disclosure names containing an asterisk
• Fixed an issue with show/hide functionality using special characters
• Date fields are once again recognized as required, eliminating errors when trying to submit without required dates

New and Enhanced

• Keyboard accessibility is now available in the More menu for Outside Interest Admin users. Other accessibility improvements have been added during this release as well.
• Unsubmitted disclosure forms can now be deleted. This functionality is available only to Admins via the new Delete Unsubmitted button. When accessing the disclosures page, only disclosures with unsubmitted status can be selected to delete.Once a form is selected for deletion, a confirmation screen will appear with two options:
  • Cancel (cancel the action and do not delete the disclosure)
  • Delete Unsubmitted Disclosure (proceed with deleting the selected disclosure form)
  
  

Resolved

Issue: The show/hide functionality failed to work when data contained special characters (such as ", $, %, or /). Additionally, printing a disclosure failed due to display rules validating data with these characters.

Resolution: Implemented fixes to address the show/hide functionality issue caused by special characters in data. Also, resolved the printing failure caused by display rules validating data with these characters.

Issue: A failure occurred when searching disclosures by Disclosure name if the name contained an asterisk (*).

Resolution: Searching by Disclosure names containing an asterisk (*) no longer results in an error.

Issue: Date fields were not being recognized as required fields, allowing users to submit forms without providing values for these mandatory date fields, even after they were made required.

Resolution: Date fields are now correctly recognized as required, ensuring that users cannot submit the form without providing values for these mandatory date fields.
