Changes to Send Activating Email.
- In order to avoid confusion, when an RS Admin creates an account for a new user:
  - The Send Activation Email pop-up dialogue box will only display for users created with a status of Active.
  - Only users with a status of Active will receive activation emails.
  - If a user status is updated from Inactive to Active, a sync will occur to update the email address and automatically send out an activation email to the user.

Please note: These changes do not apply to customers with Single Sign-On (SSO), and HR Connect is not affected by this change.

My Profile Type Added
- A new accessible Profile Type field has been added to My Profile>Profile.
  - The field is editable only by RS Admins and view-only for all other users.
  - The following options are available for selecting (no limit on selections made): Academic, Committee Member, External, Faculty, Negotiator, Student, Research, Other.
  - The Type field and selection options have been added to the HR Connect Bulk Upload Template People tab.Multiple options can be selected.

External funding programs and rounds can now be uploaded and maintained by Admins using the funding program and funding round API calls. Learn more about using funding programs and funding rounds in the application.

The following update has been made to the People tab in the HR Connect Bulk Load Template

- Updated: State/Province/Territory
