New and Enhanced
- The NIH Salary Cap configuration has been updated to the Executive Level II salary level of $212,100, per the AHRQ notice NOT-HS-23-005 published on 1/6/23.
Form Updates

Validation Updates
- Updated NSF automated BRVs to accommodate for the new automated compliance checking in Research.gov
Fixed
- A bug is no longer preventing Côte d'Ivoire from being included in the submission XML when selected as the Enrollment Country.
- Proposals (S2S) has been designed to exclude budget items of $0 from being included in the XML data sent to grants.gov. However, in recent opportunities NIH has required a Data Management and Sharing Costs budget entry, even if $0 is being requested for the item. We've updated our system to allow $0 budget entries to be sent to grants.gov, only when the entry is titled Data Management and Sharing Costs.
