Removing a Protocol Search in Animal Oversight

You will need to go into the users role in site management and remove the search from them. Here are some step by step instructions to do this:

1. Log into Site Admin.
2. Select Site Management from menu.
3. Click on site from Site Management tab.
   
4. Locate person is Site list.
   
5. Highlight and click User tab.
6. Highlight IACUC role - note Alerts, Options and Reports tab populate.
   
7. Open Options tab.
8. Remove Protocol Search by clicking the ' - ' sign next to the title.
   
9. Click Save.

The specific user will no longer have access to the Protocol Search. This search can be added and removed from their specific role as needed. Removing it does not affect any others that hold the IACUC role.
