ADMIN USERS ONLY
The proposal's current status is shown on the General tab of the Proposal Administration screen.
Status settings correspond to buckets on the Project Dashboard. A proposal record moves through the routing process with each electronic approval. If there is a problem with the routing, Admins with Proposal Edit Access can artificially move a proposal forward or backward through various statuses.
Click on the proposal status to change the routing status.
A new window will pop up where you can select the desired status.
For more information on how proposals move through the available statuses, and what each one means, see Proposal Statuses.
Note that the filter used for Proposal reporting selects only proposals with a "Proposal Approved" status history record. This record is created when an administrator manually sets the status to "Proposal Approved" any time during the life of the proposal. Proposals that are taken directly to "Funded" without a "Proposal Approved" record will not show up in reporting.
Status History
In addition to showing the current status, the General tab also displays the Status History section at the bottom of the page. The Status History shows previous changes to the proposal status, along with who made them and the date.
This information is identical to the Status History section on the Routing tab.
Routing Details
Details of the proposal's approvals and certifications are also shown on the Routing tab. This display is identical to the display in the Routing tab of the Proposal Routing Status page.
