Detailed Release Notes
New and Enhanced
- Pagination has now been added to the My Profile>User Account & Roles section so you can see all of your available roles.
- The CSID cookie used by a sign-in service to re-issue access tokens will now match the SAML expiration time of institutions using their own IDP. Previously, it was set to 24 hours.
- We have made it easier to visually identify that only one Internal Association>Appointment Type (Calendar or Academic/Summer) can be added. There is now a thin gray line separating the Appointment Types. Additionally, if information is entered in the Calendar Months fields, the Academic/Summer fields are greyed out and the user is not able to enter information in these fields, and vice versa.
Fixes
- An issue has been fixed in Admin>More>Manage External Org Requests that was preventing users from viewing more than 25 items in their Requested External Organizations lists that were setup from within the Outside Interests product.
- We have resolved an issue to ensure guest or non-SSO users will receive an activation email prompt when their contact emails are updated.
- We have resolved an issue that was causing SSO users to receive a prompt to resend the activation email when an email address was updated.
- Previously, we were able to display a maximum of 25 roles in the Admin>Person>User Accounts & Roles section. That has been expanded to 500.
- We have fixed an issue that was causing currency symbols not to appear in some areas of the application.
- HR Connect Bulk Load fixes:
- People CSV upload errors that were caused by trailing or leading spaces in column headers have been resolved and the trailing/leading spaces will now be ignored during upload.
- An error message now appears when None or Do not wish to provide options are set in a People>Demographics>Race and Disabilities CSV upload in combination with another option.
- The general error message shown when uploading a units CSV has been updated:
- Old Error Message: org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: could not execute batch.
- New Error Message: Unit is part of a cycle.
- Please note: To prevent or resolve this error, make sure your units are not parents of each other.
