All SP 4.0 roles
When you login to Cayuse SP 4.0, you can view your profile details in 'My Profile'. This information may or may not be editable, depending on the permissions given by your administrator to your research team. Without permissions, you still have read-only access to the information in 'My Profile'.
The following fields will remain locked with read-only access regardless of editing permissions:
- Employee ID
- All fields in Appointment Type section
- User Account & Roles
- Trainings and Certifications
If you have questions about the information or editing permissions in My Profile, please contact your administrator.
Accessing My Profile
- Click on your name in the right-hand corner, and then on My Profile.
- Select and click on the section you'd like to view.
Making Updates in My Profile
If your administrator has editing permissions turned on, you can update information in My Profile by following steps one and two above. Click on Save after making any changes.
