Cayuse Sponsored Projects gives you the flexibility to customize your personal dashboard view to suit your needs. This view is specific to each individual user and will not affect other user dashboard views. To get started, head to Sponsored Projects.

View Records by Status
The Proposals, Awards, Subawards and Projects dashboards allow filtering by record status. You can view records assigned to a specific status by clicking on the desired status box. Records matching your selection will be displayed in the columns below the boxes. You will only see records to which you have been given access.

Set Column View
The Proposals, Awards, and Subawards dashboards allow customizing the displayed columns. You may choose up to 11 columns in your custom column view. Once set, this custom view should be displayed each time you log in. To set up your custom view:
- Click Set View below the status boxes.
- Put a checkmark next to the columns of your choosing.
- Once your selections have been updated, click Update. You may update the column view again at any time.
- To view a filtered list of only records assigned to you, click See assigned to me only (Proposals and Awards dashboards only).
Using the Search Box
The Proposals, Awards, and Subawards dashboards have a Search Box to filter records by any available data point.
-
Begin by typing the name of a data point or scroll through the list of options in the dropdown.
-
After selecting a data point, within the displayed box, enter the search criteria
-
Multiple data points can be selected if desired.
- Records with values matching the search criteria for each selected attribute will be displayed in the columns below the Search Box.
Date Search
When a date data point is selected in the search box, an additional dialog is displayed that allows selecting the search method and providing the necessary input date values.
The available search methods are:
- Is on: returns records with a date value that matches the input date value
- Is between: returns records with a date value between, and inclusive of, the two input date values
- Is not between: returns records with a date value not between, nor inclusive of, the two input date values
- Is before: returns records with a date value before, and not inclusive of, the input date value
- Is on or before: returns records with a date value before, and inclusive of, the input date value
- Is after: returns records with a date value after, and not inclusive of, the input date value
- Is on or after: returns records with a date value after, and inclusive of, the input date value
Once the search method and the necessary input dates are provided, the Apply button can be selected to filter the dashboard to only those records matching the search conditions.
Note: for date data points that also include time, the search component is still restricted to only providing a date value. So any records that have a date time value where the date portion matches the input date will be returned.
Download to CSV
The Proposals, Awards, and Subawards dashboard allow extracting any data points into a convenient .csv file by selecting Download to CSV. Simply select the columns you'd like to capture by scrolling or using the search box, or click Select All. There is no limit to the number of columns you can select. Once you have chosen your columns, click Download to CSV to begin the file download. The file will be stored in your computer's default file storage location.
