Cayuse SP has six main document types: Proposals, Awards, Projects, Subcontracts, Accounts, and Temp Accounts. Each document type has a Note area.
Note Categories
Category is a division of Note Area and generally describes the more detailed context in which a note was added.
Projects, Awards, Subcontracts, Accounts, and Temp Accounts have one General category found on the Administration screen.
Proposals have six note categories:
- Submission: added from the IPF Submission Notes section.
- General: added from the Proposal Administration Notes tab or the Proposal Routing Status Notes tab.
- Compliance: added from the Proposal Administration Compliance tab.
- Certification: added by a Research Team member when certifying a proposal during routing.
- Authorization: added by an IPF Approver when authorizing a proposal during routing.
- Rejection: added by an IPF Approver when rejecting a proposal during routing.
