When creating a proposal in Cayuse SP, it is possible to link the proposal with a Cayuse Proposals S2S proposal. When the proposals are linked, routing in Proposals S2S is turned off and handled through Cayuse SP. If the proposal is a federal proposal, the Proposals S2S proposal will be the proposal submitted to Grants.gov.
Types of SP users will have different permissions when viewing these proposals.
