If you are no longer using an inbox, you may wish to deactivate it.
Please note: Deactivating an inbox hides it, so you want to make sure that there are no open events within the inbox.
Deactivating an Inbox
- Within the menu, click on Events, and then click on Admin.
- Beneath Manage Units, click into the field to select a unit, and then click View.
- Change the Position State to Inactive, and click Edit Unit.
