The Research Suite branding has been updated to reflect our standing as Cayuse LLC, independent from Evisions Inc.

Upon deleting an Award in SP, now all applicable references to that award are also removed from Data Connect.

Project Primary Administrative Contact is no longer overwritten with the Primary Administrative Contact from the Proposal when an Award is created from the Proposal.

Departmental Authorization is now being recorded consistently in the Proposal Status History irrespective of whether or not a comment is made on the authorization decision.

Temp Account notification email now pulls from the correct Temp Account fields in the database.

Project and Award Statuses are now listed correctly on historical records in search results, even if those statuses have been archived.

Proposal status history now consistently shows status Unsubmitted assigned to new proposals.

The applicable Parent Project number now populates in the Proposal Administration area when a new Award or Project record is created from the proposal.

Proposal load times are no longer increased due to SP and 424 pairing.

Submit for Routing button is now only active when the proposal is complete and the Proposal’s status is either Unsubmitted or Re-opened.

Sponsor names can no longer be edited from the Project Administration screen; Sponsors can only be selected using the Sponsor finder.

UNM

Users can no longer hand-key Sponsors in the Subcontract area of Project Administration.  All Sponsors must be selected from the Sponsor Finder.

Create and Update times and dates are now saved and displayed uniformly in Workflow based on the customer’s home time zone.

Time stamps for proposal authorization, attachment upload, and email sent time now consistently reflect the time as well as the date the action took place.

Adjusting the Project End Date on the Project General Info tab now appropriately updates the End Date in the header of the Project Record.

When editing a Workflow Event, if the user chooses to reassign this workflow event as part of the edit action, the reassignment now occurs after all edits are complete and the workflow record is submitted.

Sponsor names that include apostrophes no longer cause errors in Workflow events.

Workflow correspondence now allows for more than one recipient in the To: field.
