Release Summary
Here's a quick overview of the updates in this release:
- Display "SP Routing Profile tab" on Unit when a tenant has provisioned SP 4.0
- Ability for Admins to set available Gender options from the UI
- Updated view of People search/results page in Admin

Detailed Release Notes
New and Enhanced: Configurations
- The following two new tabs in Configuration are available:
- Demographics Values: Allows Admins to choose from a predefined regional regulation list or to customize
- ORCID: Allows Admins to connect an ORCID integration.
New and Enhanced: People Tab
- Enhancements have been made to the People tab to add more useful searchable data points, including:
- Name
- Internal Associations
- External Associations
- Username
- Account Type
- Active
Active and Inactive people records will now be split into separate tabs, and by default, will only show Active records unless updated.
Adding Username and Account Type fields makes it easy to find out which people have an existing user account with Cayuse and also if it is a Guest account.
Adding filters for User Account Types and User Account Status allows admins to see the results they're looking for quicker.
New and Enhanced: Unit Routing
- A new tab in Units enables Admins to set up Unit level routing rules for use in SP 4.0. Select SP records from a specific unit requiring additional review, and which Unit those records should be reviewed by. This feature applies to Admins with the following roles: RS Admin Administrator, RS Admin Viewer, or SP System Administrator roles.
