Detailed Release Notes
Resolved
Issue: Upon activating the new UI, reviewers were inadvertently granted an Admin view of reviewer assignments on their main dashboard (in addition to the view of assignments assigned to them).
Resolution: Updates were made to remove the admin view from the main dashboard for non-Admin reviewers.
Issue: Disclosure forms were editable before the autofill function for the SFI had completed running.
Resolution: Disclosure forms are now set to read-only until the autofill function for the SFI is complete.
Issue: An issue occurred where hidden SFI components were not displayed in printed PDF disclosure forms despite the rule for displaying the sections being triggered.
Resolution: Hidden SFI components now correctly display in printed PDF disclosure forms when the rule is triggered, allowing them to display.
Issue: When an external organization was present in a disclosure form, those external organizations display under Disclosures view page. However, if those organizations were removed from the disclosure form, they kept showing up under the Disclosure page
Resolution: Implemented a fix to ensure that when all external organizations are removed from a disclosure form, the External Organizations column accurately reflects on demand by being blank.
Issue: Inconsistencies were present in the UI Summary fields.
Resolution: The following fixes have been implemented:
- If at least one required field is missing data, a red circle will display, indicating the number of fields with missing data.
- If all required fields have data (or no required fields), a red circle with an exclamation mark will be displayed.
- If all required fields have data (or no required fields), a green checkmark will be displayed.
Issue: Reviewers attempting to search for disclosures by Disclosure Name were experiencing an issue where no results were returned, despite matching results being available.
Resolution: Implemented a fix to ensure that when reviewers search for disclosures by Disclosure Name the expected results are correctly displayed.
