Resolved
Issue: A persistent spinning wheel was occurring in the SFI section of new Annual disclosures or Research based disclosures, requiring a page refresh in order to proceed. This issue was caused by the system not reading the question numbers under the labels and finding the SFI questions as duplicate fields within the SFI preventing for the data to be copied over
Resolution: Now, the system is reading question numbers of the SFI components making them unique. We also introduced some changes to prevent errors. When encountering duplicate SFIs or duplicate fields within an SFI prior publishing the form, users will receive a clear error message (see example below) at the top of the screen and be prompted to address the issue prior to continuing.
