Detailed Release Notes

New and Enhanced

• Performance enhancements have been made in the compliance service to improve the overall quality of the application.
• Performance Enhancements have been made in the following areas:
  • Compliance services
  • Handling of retries of SQS messages and increasing the timeout on the SQS retries

Fixed

• Due to a bug identified with auto-assign routing, we have resolved the issue that was causing disclosures from previous years not to load.
• Previously, an issue was causing the disclosure link located within the COI disclosure email to lead users to the wrong webpage. This has been resolved.
• We have resolved an issue causing emails to be sent to disclosees even when they had completed their disclosure during an annual campaign. This was also causing duplicate emails to be sent out. After fixing this issue, the past-due and annual disclosure due emails are only sent if the disclosee has not submitted the disclosure.
• An issue was creating a dashboard error message that simultaneously prevented COI Administrators and reviewers from accessing disclosures. The campaign email generator has been optimized and performance updates have been made to ensure that the COI Dashboard is available at all times.
