Admin: New and Enhanced

• Regionalized Demographics
  • We have added Regionalized Demographics in the following People and My Profile Demographics fields on the Platform:
    • Disability
    • Race
    • Gender
    • Ethnicity
    • Citizenship
  • These regionalized settings are automatically available in your tenant based on your tenant’s specific AWS environment (either Australia, Canada, Singapore, UK, or USA).
  • HR Connect validations now exist to only allow for  demographics values that are valid for your tenant's region. 
  • Please note: The Demographics options listed above are only available when the Hide Demographics Section (shown below) is set to Active. You can still choose to either Hide demographics or Hide demographics section and Delete All Existing Data, therefore, Regional settings won’t apply.

Admin: Fixed

• When an extra space in column headers of people is given in the call, we have a failsafe for People and Units to trim leading and trailing spaces programmatically, to prevent accident upload errors. However, in People Upload for required column headers, the failsafe was previously not working. We have resolved this issue. Please note: Best practice is to send all column headers for all files types with no leading or trailing spaces and is documented that way in the FAQ section.
• The in-app Help Center resource is now operational again for Admin (more applications to follow).

HR Connect: Fixed

• An HR Connect issue has been fixed that was causing newly activated and logged-in user accounts to indicate a status of ‘Account Pending’, despite being logged-in and active.

Platform: Fixed

• Update Sept 15: The in-app Help Center resource is now operational again in Admin (more applications to follow - Platform Home in upcoming release).
