Detailed Release Notes
Fixed
- UPDATE May 18, 2023 - After a failed deployment in this release, this item has been resolved in the May 18, 2023 Patch Release. An SP-HE integration object bug that was resulting in an error when searching for Human Ethics studies has now been fixed.
- ADDED April 26, 2023 - We fixed an issue that was leading to in-app reports not loading on tenants with a large number of records.
- We fixed an issue that was causing the following in-app report columns in award not to populate:
- Modification Number
- Modified By
- An issue has been resolved that was causing the record summary header information to display values from a previously loaded record instead of the currently loaded record.
- We fixed an issue that was resulting in SP not being able to recalculate a user's access to records correctly after their roles had been changed in the Admin module.
- An update has been made to protect against an instance where SP does not include all members of a team review rule on a record.
- Duplicate record numbers will no longer be created when two users manually create records at the same time.
- Trying to copy an award from a proposal where there are duplicate form labels still results in an error, however, if the sections with the offending attributes are unselected now, the award will be created successfully.
- Added April 24, 2023: Fixed a couple issues with Dropdown and Checkboxes object types in the Simplified Form Builder that were leading to errors when trying to create an award from a proposal or award.
Known Issues:
There are issues with the current SP access model related to non-admin users being able to add/delete attachments and notes on records. The fix timeframe is still TBD. The following users are impacted (if those users don't have any SP Administrator roles):
Proposals:
- Users with access via SP Proposal Reviewer role
- Users part of a team that are triggered by a team review rule
- Users part of a team that are triggered by a notification rule
- Users that are listed on the Research Team object
- User that created the Proposal
- Users given edit access via the Access tab
Awards:
- Users part of a team that are triggered by a team review rule
- Users part of a team that are triggered by a notification rule
