Detailed Release Notes
New and Enhanced
- Subaward Dashboard and Role Updates
- A new Subawards option in the Sponsored Projects menu opens the Subaward Dashboard, a central place to search and view all subawards available to the logged-in user. It offers the same functionality as the Proposal and Award Dashboards, including filtering and customizable columns.
- Subaward roles have been added in the Admin module to manage permissions. Users with Award roles were automatically given the equivalent Subaward role to maintain existing access.
- After deployment, admins can adjust roles to grant access to awards only, subawards only, or both.
- Please note: Award roles no longer include subaward access.

- The dashboard search has been updated to improve how quoted search terms are handled. For details, refer to this article on Types of Search Methods.
- We’ve made accessibility improvements on the dashboard and record detail pages to provide a smoother experience.
