New and Enhanced
- An Activiti upgrade has been completed to help minimize the occurrence of the Disclosures in an inconsistent and stuck state.
Fixed
- We fixed an issue that was causing Disclosures not to be routed to COI Reviewers and some COI Primary reviewers correctly when auto-assignment was turned on. After fixing this issue, several scenarios with COI primary reviewer and COI Reviewer routing were fixed and now will be correctly routed to COI Reviewers and COI Primary reviewers.
- An issue has been fixed that was causing external organizations to disappear from the COI disclosures after submission. After fixing this issue, External organizations are retained on the disclosures even after submission of the disclosure.
- Previously, all results were displayed on the Disclosure list page even when the filter was set. This has been fixed and now only displays the Disclosure list as specified by the set filter.
- We fixed an issue that was causing the COI primary reviewers and COI System administrators to not be displayed in the search for manual assignment. After fixing this issue, the COI Primary reviewers and COI System administrators are correctly being displayed in the search and can be selected in the dropdown.
- (Added Feb 21, 2023) Previously, there was an issue where the external organizations were not showing up in the reports in the organization field. After fixing this issue, the org field shows the external organization entities within Outside Interests reporting.
