If you need to route an ONR resubmission to a specific Program Officer, complete the following fields on the SF424 form:
- Field 4a (Federal Identifier): Enter the original grant tracking number from the Electronic Submission page (for example, GRANT106012345).
- Field 4b (Agency Routing Information): Enter the Program Office Code followed by the Program Officer's name in brackets, with the last name first (for example, 322 [Einstein, A]).
- Block 8 (Type of Submission): Select the Resubmission checkbox.
These fields help ensure your resubmission is routed to the correct Program Officer for review.
