Technology records can be created automatically or manually. The following types of technologies can be manually created:
- Copyrighted Material
- Device
- Plant Variety
- Research Tool
- Software
- Technology
Manually Creating Technology Records
- From the Inventions Technologies tab, click the New Technology button.
- Complete the required fields in red:
- Add a Technology Title
- Select a Technology Type from the drop-down options
- Select an Owning Organization from the drop-down options
- Click Ok to create your new Technology Record. Your new Technology Record will open.
