Common gadgets you may see on your home page include:
- My Agreements — agreements where you are listed as a manager, negotiator, or other responsible party. This is your personal queue.
- Agreements by Status — a breakdown of all agreements accessible to you, grouped by their current status (for example: In Negotiation, Pending Signature, Fully Executed).
- Expiring Soon — agreements whose expiration dates fall within an upcoming window (such as the next 30, 60, or 90 days). Useful for proactively managing renewals.
- Recently Updated — agreements that have had recent activity, so you can quickly return to records you or your colleagues have been working on.
- License Agreements — a gadget specific to license agreement tracking, displaying active licenses and relevant status information. This is particularly useful for technology transfer staff managing a license portfolio.
Note: The gadgets displayed on your home page depend on your role and your institution's configuration. Agreements Administrators typically see a broader portfolio view; Agreements Researchers may see a more limited set of gadgets focused on their own agreements.
Clicking any count or agreement title within a gadget takes you directly to that agreement record or to a filtered list view.
