Here's a quick overview of the updates in this release:
- Added Animal Care role to Resource Schedules
- Added Today’s Progress tile for staff roles
- Added Supervisors notes field to staff record
Release Dates and Downtime
- Beginning Wednesday April 1, 2026, we will schedule the rollout for each individual customer to take place.
- Your primary point of contact will receive an email notification from Cayuse Customer Success to coordinate your specific timing.
- Approximately 6 hours will be needed for downtime during each rollout.

New and Enhanced
- Added the Animal Care Staff role to the Resource Schedules application to ensure consistent access with the Husbandry Staff role.
- Added the “Today's Progress” tile for Animal Care and Husbandry staff, including unfinished activity view, self-assignment, and completion updates.
- Added a new field for “Supervisors” to record notes in a staff record.
Resolved
- Fixed an issue where rooms appeared as "unassigned" in prior schedules due to a schedule generator bug affecting attendance data.
- Fixed an issue that prevented selecting blank values in dropdown lists.
