Document Compare Tool Enhancement Guide
The look and feel of the Human Ethics Document Compare tool has been enhanced. We’ve added new functionality and made adjustments to improve your experience while using it. This guide will walk you through the changes.
What’s new?
In addition to a more updated look, four noteworthy upgrades were made to the Document Compare tool.
Change List
Instead of scrolling through the entire document to look at each individual change that was made, you are now able to see all changes in one convenient list view.
Text Style Changes
In addition to viewing content changes, you can now choose to view text style changes that were made to documents including font, font size, color, or emphasis (such as bold or italics). Click on the Change List drop-down menu to select your preference.

Single Page View
Click on View, then Mode to switch your comparison view from side-by-side to single page. This may be helpful depending on your viewing preference and screen size. Visually track text additions that are underlined in green, and deletions that are marked with a red triangle caret.
PDF Export
Now you can export a side-by-side or single-page view PDF to save or share. Click on File, then Export, and then make your selection.
