Guide: Legacy Non-Platform App to Updated Versions

If your institution upgraded from the Grants, Efforts, or Fund Manager Legacy WebApp to a newer version (Granite version onward), this guide will help you understand the navigational changes. 

Please note: Your institution's applications may differ from the images shown below. Use this guide to understand general navigational changes and updates.

Products Dropdown List

View and access a list of your institution's connected applications. My Profile and Admin settings may only appear in this list for Platform-enabled institutions.

Settings Gear

More options are now available to Admins within the settings gear, including:

• Imports: Import files used for records or reporting.
• Codes: Create organization-specific codes.
• Activity Log: Tracks user account system access.
• User Management: Click here to learn more about User Management.

Additional Tools

Click on the arrow next to your name in the top-right corner to access additional tools.

• Help Center: Access the Cayuse Help Center.
• Product Info: View version and other important product details.
• Log out: Click to sign-out of your account.

Updated Grants Dashboard

Newer versions of Grants features an updated dashboard with more options to choose from.

1. Module Tabs: Each tab houses a different Grants module. Displayed tabs may vary depending on your institution's configuration.
2. Products: A dropdown list of your institution's connected products will display here and can be accessed, including My Profile.
3. Settings Gear: Access settings for Imports, Codes, Activity Logs, and more.
4. User Name Icon/Additional Tools: Get one-step access to the Cayuse Help Center directly from Grants, plus find versioning information, or logout.
