External links allow you to view data from records in connected systems. Links must be initialized by a user in the external system, and the integration must be built by a developer through an API connection.
Please contact your Administrator for questions regarding the setup of external links.
Viewing Links
Links can be viewed within the 'Links' Award form tab.
Links display as read-only informational cards containing values for any predefined data your developer has setup.
In the future, we hope to allow Links to display dynamic information, such as URLs.
Internal Links
Currently, Links are designed for external system connections only. We hope to make internal Cayuse product Link connections available in the future.
