External links allow you to view data from records in connected systems. Links must be initialized by a user in the external system, and the integration must be built by a developer through an API connection.
Please contact your Administrator for questions regarding the setup of external links.
Viewing Links
Links can be viewed within the 'Links' Award form tab.
Links display as read-only informational cards containing values for any predefined data your developer has setup.
Future updates may enable Links to display dynamic values, including URLs.
Internal Links
Currently, Links support connections to external systems only. Support for connections between Cayuse products may be added in a future release.
