The Email Manager interface is designed to provide a streamlined user experience and support email functionality across Fund Manager and Project Effort.
Please note:
- Only system templates are currently supported; custom templates are not available.
- An approved downloadable placeholder template PDF is attached at the bottom of this article for reference.
- Fund Manager email templates require both a subject and message body. Templates missing either field are automatically deactivated and remain inactive until both fields are provided.
Getting Started
- From the Fund Manager or Project Effort Dashboard, select ‘More’ on the right side of the page. Then select Email Manager.
- From the Email Manager dashboard, select Email Templates.
Editing an Existing Email Template
- Select the desired template from the list provided and click on the pencil icon in the far-right column to edit the template.
- Make edits to the template using available formatting tools. Click Save once edits are complete. You can save a template that does not have a subject and/or a body, however a template cannot be enabled for use without content in these fields.
