Detailed Release Notes
New and Enhanced
- Patent Date Types are now configurable by any user in List Settings > Patent.
Resolved
Issue: Users were unable to manually edit a group's Distribution % on Technology, Patent, and Agreement records. Any changes made would revert to "0" after saving.
Resolution: Manual edits to a group's Distribution % now save correctly without reverting to "0."
Issue: Switching to the Agreements tab in the Inventions screen resulted in a 500 Server Error, displaying a grey screen with an error message.
Resolution: The Agreements tab now loads correctly without triggering a 500 Server Error.
Issue: When an Invention Disclosure Form (IDF) changes status from Submitted to Received/Accepted, the Assignment and Attestation Language configured in System Constants does not append to the PDF version of the form. Internal inventors' signature lines are missing this required language, while external inventors should only have a signature line without it.
Resolution: The Assignment and Attestation Language now correctly appends above the signature line for internal inventors when the IDF converts to a PDF. External inventors' signature lines remain unchanged without the additional language.
