Detailed Release Notes

Resolved

Issue: Users were experiencing issues viewing attachments in the system and adding new attachments to records.

Resolution: Implemented a fix that resolves issues with viewing and adding attachments. Users can now view and add attachments without encountering any issues.

Issue: Users encountered errors when using special characters as search criteria in the Global Search function.

Resolution: Resolved the issue, allowing users to enter special characters in the Global Search function without errors.

Issue: The DocuSign integration configuration caused Invention Disclosure Forms to duplicate every 24 hours and attach to the corresponding Technology record.

Resolution: Fixed the integration issue to eliminate the duplication of Invention Disclosure Forms, ensuring attachments are no longer duplicated on records.

Issue: End users were unable to attach invoice PDFs to the corresponding invoice records or send automated emails with the invoice attached.

Resolution: Resolved the issue to restore full functionality. Users can now:

• Attach the invoice PDF as an upload to the Invoice record.
• Click on the upload link to view the PDF.
• Send and re-send invoices with the attachment via email.
