This article briefly explains the Staff Skill Usage report.
Report Explained
This report’s primary purpose is to view all staff skills, their retrain date, verification date, and the date last used. It can be used to find skills that have not to be utilized in a long time in the case that staff needed to be rotated to different species to keep skills fresh.
- Grouping by staff first.
- Grouping by skill set second.
- Skill is shown once groups are expanded.
- Retrain and Verification Date shown which comes from Schedule Setup > Staff > Skills tab
- Date Last Used and Last Used shown which indicates the last time the staff has completed/signed-off on that activity.
