Generating Reports

Different reports are available for projections data, and can be accessed from the Forecast Feature.

  1. Click on reports.

  2. Choose the type of report you wish to generate.

  3. Use the Settings tab to adjust Date parameters (actual and projection start and end date available only in PRM 001).
  4. Click Generate.

Your report will load in a new Report Viewer window.

Available Reports

  1. Total Salary and Benefits [PRM001]: provides columns for faculty ID, Name, Account Number, Projection Start and End Date, Salary, Fringe, and Total.
  2. Monthly Burn Rate With Projections [PRM004]: provides accounts included in the search criteria separated by Faculty and Staff salaries. Months are separated by columns.
  3. Monthly Projection by Account, Person [PRM002]:provides accounts included in the search criteria seperated by faculty name. Months are separated by columns
  4. Monthly Projection by Person, Account [PRM003]:provides individuals included in the search criteria with accounts listed beneath them. Months are separated by columns.
