Once a person has been added as a contact within Research Contacts, you can assign them roles.
- In Cayuse SP, click on More, and then click on Manage Roles beneath Research Contacts.
- Use the drop-down menu under the Add/Edit Role Information to locate the person you wish to manage. Select the name and click Go.
- On the Contact Information screen, use the drop-down menu beneath Unit to select's the unit where you wish to grant the individual permissions.
- Use the drop-down menu beneath Select Role Below to choose a role for the individual.
- Click Add Role.
To remove a role, click Remove Role to the right of the role(s) you wish to remove from the contact.
Please Note: if all roles are unassigned, the person will be removed as a contact.
