Users with Chartstring Security permissions may be able to view and/or modify chartstring permissions.
Viewing Chartstrings
- From the Fund Manager navigation bar, click the Chartstring Security tab.
- To select Chartstring permissions for a user, click on the drop-down box. Select a name from the list or begin typing a name to view permissions for that user.
- If no chartstring permissions have been set, the default setting will display as Fully Restricted.
- If previously set, the current chartstring permissions will be displayed.
Editing Chartstrings
Click Edit next to the chartstring needing updates.
To edit the component, make a new selection from the drop-down menu.
If you would like to remove restrictions for a specific component, click the 'x' next to the component.
Click Save once changes are complete.
