Detailed Release Notes
Fixed
- Resolved after deployment issue in prior release: Fixed an issue with the SP-HE integration object that was resulting in an error when searching for Human Ethics studies.
- Updated SP to be more flexible in preventing an error in the SP-S2S integration workflow caused by S2S proposals with empty proposal titles.
- Currently, when a proposal is closed for more than 6 months, it becomes inaccessible in the system and an error is received when trying to load the record. We are addressing this issue in phases. The first phase is to prevent this from occurring in future records which means that with this release, no new proposals will have the issue above. The following phases will be deployed in future releases:
- Phase 1: Make existing records that are in this situation viewable again, but not allow any status changes.
- Phase 2: Allow existing records in this situation to have their status changed to re-open, if necessary.
