Adding an Administrator in SP Classic

Please note: New Cayuse SP users must first be created in your linked Cayuse 424 instance by a System Administrator. The user's unit information must first match a unit in the Cayuse 424 and Cayuse Backbone Organizational Hierarchies. Adding an Administrator

1. From the menu, click More, and click on User Management.
   
   
   
   
2. Click Add User.
   
   
   
   
3. Click into the User field to search for the last name of the administrator.
   
   
   
   
4. Search for the individual. Click on the name of the administrator to add them into the User field.
   
   
   
   
5. Use the checkboxes to assign permissions to the user. Click Save.
   
   
   
   

Please note: Global supersedes all other privileges. Leaving all checkboxes unchecked will create a read-only admin.
