In order to show in Cayuse SP's Proposal reporting, a Proposal must have a Proposal Approved status history record. This status is set manually after the proposal is reviewed and approved by the Central Admin Office. (The status may have a different name at your institution, such as "Approved by OSR".) If the proposal is set to Submitted to Sponsor status immediately after Admin Office in Review or PS/CS Review, it will not show up in reporting.
