The following table includes available SP user roles that can be assigned in Cayuse SP 4.0 along with the capabilities that come with each role. Additional functionality may be added to roles in the future.
Please note:
- Roles are assigned at the global level unless the role has (Unit) after the role name.
- For roles with (Unit) after the name, the listed capabilities apply only to records that are associated with the Unit or sub-Unit(s) assigned with the user role (see the link below for more information on assigning roles).
- Assigning Admin user roles is only one method of acquiring the capabilities listed. Learn more about understanding access in SP 4.0.
