Here's a quick overview of the updates in this release:

New and Enhanced

• The Action column in the Rule Builder has been improved for a smoother workflow when setting rule audiences. This update includes:
  • More intuitive audience selection
  • New review and notification rule types
  • Additional email templates
  • Note: Existing rules remain unchanged. New rule types apply only to records created after publishing updates.  Learn more about Setting Up Routing Rules.
• Ongoing accessibility enhancements have been made to improve the dashboard and record details pages.
• The special Edit Mode functionality for records in read-only statuses has been expanded to allow editing of past award versions. For more details on the required roles and applicable award statuses, refer to this article on Unique Scenarios.
• New Milestone parent projects can now be created and linked to child tasks. Learn more about SP Milestones.
• Reviewers can now approve all active reviews at once using the Complete all Reviews option, applying the decision and comments to all active reviews. Email notifications are also consolidated, sending one email for shared review rules across multiple research team members.

• Subawards now support custom resolutions when moved to Closed status. SP System Admins can manage and add resolutions from More > Manage Resolutions.
  • Please note: Existing subawards in Closed status prior to this release will default to a Admin Closed status. To update, transition the subaward to another status and then back to Closed.

Resolved

• Fixed an issue where new projects displayed a status of "in-development" instead of "In Development," preventing proper filtering.
• Addressed an issue where decimal fields truncated trailing zeros; values now display the full configured decimal places (e.g., 123 → 123.00, 123.4 → 123.40).
• Resolved an issue where award summary fields failed to update after modifications.
