Resolved
Issue: When users were created in the system, roles were not consistently transferring from the platform to the IRB, resulting in a failure to create user profiles within the IRB application.
Resolution: We have implemented improvements to the system's data processing flow, enhancing the accuracy of data reception into the IRB products. These adjustments enable us to better handle the data and significantly reduce the number of users experiencing issues with roles in the IRB product.
