Using Variables and Adding Images in Human Ethics

Human Ethics allows you the ability to add both variables and images into your message templates, allowing you to further customize your message templates to your institution.

Adding Variables

With variables, you can insert customized data into the body of the message.

1. Edit your template.
2. When you are ready to add a variable, click on the  icon in the body toolbar.
3. Choose the variable you wish to add to your message, and click Insert.
   
    
4. When you're finished editing your template, don't forget to click Save.

Adding Images

1. Edit your template.
2. When you are ready to add a variable, click on the  icon in the body toolbar.
3. Choose the PNG or JPG you wish to add to your message, and click Confirm. 
   
   
4. When you're finished editing your template, don't forget to click Save.
