New and Enhanced
- NIH Agency Validation for April 2024 is complete.
- The study search functionality has been enhanced to only display study records corresponding to the provided submission reference number under find study option, excluding parent and child study findings.
- Adjusted the product to display Start and End dates on the meeting agenda page for IACUC Board types when Expedited review type is not activated in a board as a review type to be used.
Resolved
Issue: Users reported an error when initiating a search on the Study Correspondence page by using the Enter key rather than the designated Search button.
Resolution: Implemented a fix to ensure the Enter key can be used without errors in addition to the Search button.
Issue: Waiver consent language was displaying incorrect language in regulation based on the common rule selected.
Resolution: The waiver consent language has been updated to display the appropriate language.
Issue: Users trying to Check Out Consent were being directed to the Study Document Management section instead of seeing a pop-up window within the check out option.
Resolution: Addressed the issue causing the system to incorrectly redirect users to the Study Document Management section. A pop-up box now appears instead.
Issue: Users were unable to find a study using search filters for specific data values.
Resolution: The search filters are working properly and will display results associated with the input data values.
Issue: An issue caused the inventory screen to darken and freeze when uploading data into the upload icon from the Generate Inventory screen.
Resolution: Changes can be successfully made without causing screen issues.
Issue: When attempting to view a created profile for an Inventory order, the application freezes.
Resolution: Users can view the created inventory profile without freezing the screen.
Issue: When attempting to generate an Inventory, the application refreshes in a loop.
Resolution: The system allows users to generate Inventory without refreshing the screen.
Issue: An error message was received when attempting to print an application in PDF format when the form contained special format..
Resolution: Using the print to PDF option now works as expected even with special format in the form.
Issue: When trying to process Animal orders, it appears complete, but nothing was actually submitted despite being able to view a receipt.
Resolution: Animal orders are submitted properly now as indicated by viewing the in-progress orders.
