New standard SP 4.0 Award and Subaward data fields are now documented in existing SP4 Data Dictionaries:

In preparation for a new feature in SP 4.0, we have updated the Research Team views in Report Connector to show research team member External Associations. Related data dictionaries have been updated in the following articles:

The Routing tab in SP 4.0 forms is being made available in a new activity stream data view called STREAM_ROUTING in the PUBLISHED_SP schema. A new data dictionary for this view has been defined in the following article:

The Assigned Administrators area in the History tab of SP 4.0 Awards and Proposals is being made available in a new activity stream data view called STREAM_ASSIGNED_ADMINS in the PUBLISHED_SP schema. A new data dictionary for this view has been defined in the following article:

The History tab in the SP 4.0 forms is being made available in a new activity stream data view called STREAM_HISTORY in the PUBLISHED_SP schema. A new data dictionary for this view has been defined in the following article:

A new data schema for Animal Oversight and Hazard Safety data has been added to Report Connector. Data Dictionaries for the first 30 data views can be found in the following article:

Six new data views are being added to the PUBLISHED_ADMIN data schema in Report Connector. Data dictionaries will be updated in the following article:
- Data Dictionaries - Platform/Admin Overview

The admin view DIM_USER_UNIT_GROUP (i.e. Roles) was being unnecessarily truncated by items related to Unit-based roles. This unintended filtering has been fixed, all Roles should now be displayed for everyone regardless of Role Type.
We fixed an issue with the DIM_EXTERNAL_ORG admin view being unnecessarily truncated.
