If you are an Admin, you have the option to hide or delete all demographics information in the Admin>People>Profile section.
One of three selections for the demographics display can be made by navigating to Admin>More>Configurations and choosing from the following options:
- Active - this is the default setting and will display all demographics information
- Hide demographics - hides demographics in UI only
- Hide demographics section and Delete All Existing Data - deletes all existing database data
If the option for Hide demographics section and Delete All Existing Data is selected:
- A banner will appear at the top of the page to confirm the deletion is taking place and that you may continue working in the meantime.
- Demographics information cannot be uploaded to HR Connect and there will be an error on the report.
